Shipping Policy 

1) Service Area
We ship luxury furniture worldwide. Availability, shipping options, and delivery estimates may vary by destination, item size, and shipping method.

2) Processing Time
Orders are processed within : e.g., 2–5 business days after confirmation of payment (and after any required customization approvals, if applicable).  
If an item is made-to-order or requires assembly, additional time may apply. We will notify you if your order requires a longer production or preparation schedule.

3) Shipping Methods
Shipping is arranged based on:
- Item dimensions and weight  
- Packaging requirements  
- Destination accessibility (including lift requirements and freight access)  
- Whether white-glove services are selected  

Common methods include premium parcel carriers for smaller items and specialized freight/delivery services for large furniture. We do not ship items in a manner that compromises safety, stability, or finish protection.

4) Delivery Times (Estimates)
Estimated delivery timelines are provided at checkout and/or in your order confirmation. Delivery time is typically calculated as:

Processing time + Transit time + Appointment scheduling (if required).

Please note:
- Delivery estimates are not guaranteed until the order is in transit.
- Transit timelines can be affected by customs processing, weather, strikes, holidays, and carrier capacity.
- For freight deliveries, delivery may require an appointment.

5) Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international shipments, customs duties, taxes, import fees, and local regulations are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise stated at checkout.

We will provide required documentation and will assist with reasonable communication for clearance, but we cannot control customs decisions or delays.

6) Shipping Costs
Shipping charges vary by destination and are calculated based on:
- Shipping zone and country  
- Item(s) weight, dimensions, and packing requirements  
- Chosen services (standard vs. white-glove, inside delivery, room-of-choice, assembly)

Final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout or provided in a written quote for freight orders.

7) Packaging & Handling
We take special care to protect finishes and materials using:
- Climate-appropriate protective wrapping  
- Corner and edge reinforcement  
- Shock-resistant packing materials  
- Freight-ready securing and labeling  

Some items may require disassembly for safe transit. In such cases, we will clearly specify any assembly requirements.

8) Address Requirements & Delivery Access
To ensure smooth delivery, please provide:
- Full delivery address (including apartment/unit number, floor, and gate codes)  
- Recipient contact phone number (for appointment scheduling where required)  
- Any delivery-access details (stairs, long walkways, elevator availability, dock access, etc.)

If delivery is delayed due to incomplete or incorrect address information, additional charges may apply.

9) Title, Risk of Loss, & Insurance
- Risk of loss and damage transfers according to the shipping terms selected at checkout (commonly at the point of carrier handoff for non-insured shipments).  
- We may arrange shipping insurance for eligible orders; coverage terms will be confirmed in your order confirmation or quote.

10) Tracking & Delivery Confirmation
Once your order ships, we will provide tracking information when available. For freight and appointment-based deliveries, tracking may include milestone updates rather than real-time location details. Delivery confirmation may require a signature.

11) Damages in Transit
If your shipment arrives damaged:
1. **Do not refuse** the delivery unless instructed by the carrier.  
2. Take **photos** of the packaging and all damaged areas.  
3. Keep all packaging materials.  
4. Contact us within e.g., 2–5 business days with your order number and photos.

We will work with the carrier to initiate a damage claim and coordinate repair or replacement options where applicable.

12) Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations (Summary)
Luxury furniture is often made-to-order and/or custom for the highest standard. Please review our Returns & Exchanges policy for:
- Return eligibility (including custom and made-to-order items)  
- Return shipping responsibilities  
- Restocking fees (if applicable)  
- Pickup and logistics for bulky items  
- Exchange timelines and conditions  

If you need to cancel, cancellation requests must be submitted within e.g., 24 hours of placing the order or prior to production/delivery processing, whichever occurs first.

13) Order Acceptance & Service Limitations
By placing an order, you agree that:
- Delivery may require appointment scheduling for large furniture.  
- Certain items may not be suitable for high-rise or limited-access locations without additional coordination.  
- If delivery cannot be completed due to access issues provided by the customer, additional redelivery or handling fees may apply.
